網紅阿滴英語教學影片對於學校國小五年級英語「聽」和「說」學習方面的影響

我在國小教英語已經有20年的經驗，本身也有經營研發相關教材的機構—慕德教育機構。同時敦煌文教機構也和凱薩琳文教機構合作，研發英語教學的教材，目的是讓老師有新的教學教材，並且讓學生在學習上更得心應手。我也希望藉由學校的認同，讓此教學方式編入教學書籍，能推廣應用。本研究對象學生的家長們具有高知識和高教育和高經濟能力和高水平的生活品質,但卻無法撥空陪伴孩子學習的時間,希望能出錢選擇出優質補習班提供孩子優等的學習環境和教育。本研究的目的是，探討小學五年級，14名中年級小學學生，學生的基本英語學習能力為國小五年的學習基礎和補習班學習英語五年的經驗,使用線上網紅影片，進行課上英語教學，讓學生在學習英語時
，能提高學生英語學習的興趣,減低學生的曠課率提高學生的出席率,增進學生的英語口語能力和聽力的養成。本研究使用問卷調查法，以前測及後測的研究資料，檢驗學生收看網紅學習英語的成效。英語教學配合，落實十二年國教新課綱，以「自發」、「互動」、「共好」為三個主要訴求，強調結合「態度」、「技能」與「知識」，並讓學生在生活情境中落實。本研究的對象是，彰化縣花壇鄉長頸鹿美語補習班美安班五年級的小學生。 本研究者以期中考試及期末考試，共有三部網紅影片，三項前測和三項後測，共三次測驗。另外，以英語問卷，收集量化數據作為研究資料，以檢驗學生使用網路收看網紅提升學習意願，及聽和說的能力提升，對於英語詞彙能力和英語學習

探討Aβ誘導的提早死亡和行為改變相關的機制

阿茲海默症(AD)的特徵在於隨著年齡增加更容易產生學習和記憶障礙以及提早衰亡的現象。遺傳學研究發現β-澱粉樣蛋白(Aβ)的堆積是造成AD的主要元素之一。Aβ是由澱粉樣蛋白前趨蛋白(APP)經蛋白水解而成的產物。越來越多的證據表明Aβ是造成AD的主要原因，並且許多學者也致力於尋找降低大腦中Aβ堆積的方法。之前的研究中表明Aβ會誘發多種訊息路徑來造成不同的行為改變。然而，在Aβ降解或抑制Aβ生成的臨床試驗發現，減少腦中的Aβ堆積不足以改善AD的病程。這些的研究結果顯示著：(1) Aβ引起的AD病理機制仍然難以捉摸。(2) Aβ也會觸發一些即使在Aβ清除後仍然失調的機制。因此，我的研究重點是研究A
β在整個AD的疾病發展進程中詳細的毒性機制。本論文是以果蠅為實驗動物建立了Aβ所導致的病理模型。我的研究結果顯示不同的分子信號在不同的時間點單獨參與在Aβ所導致的不同的行為變化。早期Aβ的累積透過共同激活Ras和Pi3K的訊號來調節Rac1的活性導致記憶功能缺陷。然而，在早期的病程中，Aβ也會誘發XBP1的激活來促進細胞存活。在中期的Aβ病程中，更多的Aβ積累會強烈激活Pi3K-AKT訊號並誘發由蛋白酶體功能缺失所引起的PERK激活，從而誘導學習障礙。而在這個時候，需要同時減少Ras和Pi3K的訊號才可以恢復記憶功能的缺陷。在Aβ病程的後期，Aβ會誘發更複雜的訊息傳遞路徑，包括EGFR-Pi3
K-AKT、Ras和InR 信號，來導致果蠅嚴重的學習障礙。為了研究降低Aβ的堆積不足以改善AD的原因，我也建立了一個果蠅模型來研究Aβ堆積減少後的效應。我的研究顯示短暫的Aβ表達之後，即使Aβ的堆積在表達後很快降解，還是會導致晚年的學習障礙。我的研究結果也顯示早期的Aβ堆積會誘導還原酶、過氧化氫酶和dPrx5的減少來造成氧化壓力(ROS)的升高，從而誘導學習障礙並使細胞對氧化壓力更沒有抵抗力。早期增加XBP1或dPrx5的表達可以防止果蠅在Aβ清除後ROS的增加，提高學習性能，並保持細胞活力。此外，在Aβ停止表達後添加抗氧化劑像是維生素E、褪黑激素和硫辛酸，可以讓果蠅在Aβ清除後具有正常的學
