本研究旨在探討優勢取向生涯諮商之經驗與療效。研究以立意取樣的方式邀請三位欲進一步探索生涯議題的大學生，分別進行五到六次的個別諮商，並於諮商結束後接受個別訪談，以半結構式訪談來了解諮商對當事人之經驗，並歸納諮商產生的療效。研究者將所得訪談資料，以質性研究中的內容分析法進行資料分析。研究結果如下：第一為優勢取向生涯諮商之經驗內涵，包括：對 自身狀況的探索與認識、重整自我並連結優勢、 敘說 內心渴望以增進自我了解、連結個人困擾與優勢資源、透過反思生活經驗來覺察優勢力和意義感等。第二為優勢取向生涯諮商的療效內涵，包括：（一）生涯目的感的探索有助於聚焦生涯方向、（二）優勢特質的探索協助當事人以全面性與
正向的眼光來看待原先困擾，藉以看見轉機與更多可能性、（三）未來想像的探索促使當事人看見渴望，並增加實踐夢想的行動力、（四）諮商員的正向態度能引發當事人進行深入覺察。最後根據研究結果進行討論，並提出研究和實務上的建議以利參考。

浮生若夢—歸真 以動畫創作呈現心靈蛻變過程
為了解決Yourselves yourself 的問題，作者陳亭儒 這樣論述：
本論文“浮生若夢 ─ 歸真”，以筆者長期處於壓力下，透過自身常被自傷的誘惑所引起的恐懼，而把它們轉化成繪畫創作；再歷經兩年進一步的自我反省，透過經典書籍與心理分析，認清自身心理的自傷是「我執」產生的惡性根源，使得生理總被毒素所侵擾，引起生理疾病。藉由上述過程，讓筆者清楚了解禍害的根源，如同佛教所言五毒：「貪、瞋、痴、慢、疑」毒素，使內心充滿無名的執著心。反觀社會，眾人醉生夢死，分不清虛擬與真實，成日混混噩噩，多以「自我」為中心，凡夫躁鬱之心的欲動造成內心不安的恐懼，以至造成社會紛爭與亂源，等到覺受痛苦煩惱的反噬，才驚覺過往「我執」造成他人的傷害，何以償還？此等覺受無非「自然」、「道」的大化現
象而已。因此以上述理念透過2D動畫創作及繪畫表現來呈現心靈蛻變過程，藉此表述人生如夢一樣虛幻，如朝露稍縱即逝，應保持慈悲及同理心，看清道的真理，自觀自省，清靜無為，隨順自然，放下執著，才能回歸湛然寂靜的心靈。
