根據中華民國國家發展委員會的推算「超高齡社會」將要在2025年來臨，同時高齡人口的年齡結構也將快速高齡化。建築場域規劃者應將高齡者消費模式視為未來規劃設計的趨勢；而經營者也應將高齡者視為未來主要客群。本研究針對高齡友善量販店空間進行文獻探討，整理出量販店建築空間五大友善設計面向，採用了深入訪談、問卷、直接觀察三種研究方法：透過與建築師、室內空間設計者、經營者共8位的深入訪談，了解高齡友善建築空間規劃設計的考量因素。設定臺北市中山區兩間量販店為研究範圍，並以蒞臨量販店之高齡者或陪同之親友為問卷調查的對象，於2021年11月至2022年2月間取得466位有效問卷，採用SPSS進行問卷分析。再以現
場觀察並配合GoPro影像設備陪伴高齡者進行購物紀實，記錄共6位高齡消費者行走路徑及購物現況，做為行為觀察之研究。綜合上述研究過程與方法，研究結論如下：1.量販店空間需考量到人與人的互動及更具有人情味的銷售模式，擺脫典型商場或量販店的冰冷印象，來創造更多溫馨與溫暖的空間營造及設計簡易辨識的指標結合清晰明亮的色彩計畫，作為未來設置高齡友善量販店的參考。2.高齡者對空間五大指標認同程度，依序為安全性（3.571）、辨識性（3.076）、舒適性（3.051）、可及性（2.979）、便利性（2.997）。3.量販店空間規劃應考量放大主要入口區寬度大於120公分、提供輪椅租借、設置可暫歇之座位區且座椅附
設可輔助支撐把手、行動不便者輪椅出入建議貨架與貨架之間距離以120公分以上、降低高度小於80公分供輪椅者容易接近的服務台及蔬果架、商品貨架上附設把手供高齡者拿取商品時可輔助使用、量販店走道寬度大於120公分、降低結帳櫃檯高度並提供簽帳收合台、量販店內地面平整且材質堅固及防滑、量販店室內燈光色彩建議以4000K提供溫馨照度。本研究成果提供未來量販店規劃設計做為參考，期望能透過本研究高齡者使用上的需求及感受做相關的設施改善，讓量販店的建築環境空間更加安全舒適，更貼近高齡者的需求與冀望，提升高齡友善環境且具備安全性、辨識性、舒適性、可及性、便利性，亦符合「通用設計」的規劃需求，以符合高齡友善城市。

背景：鄰苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）（DEHP）是一種常見的塑化劑也是一種環境賀爾蒙，被廣泛用於醫療塑膠製材中。在流病的研究中顯示，在新生兒時期暴露環境DEHP，與兒童過敏症的發展有關，這表示早期DEHP暴露可能會使嬰兒的免疫反應失調。由於腸道微生物菌相在幼兒免疫中扮演重要角色，因此我們對出生後接受醫療處置，而接受到DEHP暴露的早產兒及新生兒，研究其是否會影響其腸道菌相的組成和疫苗接種的反應。方法：我們把接受靜脈滴液注射（IVs）的足月新生兒將作為DEHP暴露組，未接受IVs者作為對照組，並排除會改變腸道微生物相的相關因子，包括產期產婦益生菌之使用、自然產、新生兒使用抗生素以及全母乳或全配方
奶餵養的新生兒。在出生後第3天收集其尿液樣本用於DEHP代謝物測量，使用16S核醣體RNA基因測序技術，偵測第1、5和10天之糞便樣本用於分析腸道微生物群組成，通過ELISA測量嬰兒在第8天的血漿抗B型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）IgM。而在早產兒部份，我們的收案條件為收案前7天未使用抗生素並且同時有在食用羅伊氏乳酸桿菌之個案，比較在輸血前及輸血後第1、3、6天收集糞便樣分析微生物群組成，及尿液樣本做DEHP代謝物分析，並收集輸血之血袋測量其內容物之DEHP含量。結果：在118例新生兒中，尿液中DEHP代謝物分析顯示，經靜脈注射治療的新生兒的∑DEHP濃度（n = 15）高於對照組（n = 10
）（P < 0.01），而DEHP暴露改變了細菌群落的組成和多樣性，尤其是Rothia sp. 跟 Bifidobacterium longum的減少；此外，靜脈DEHP暴露改變了新生兒的抗HBsAg-IgM反應（P < 0.05）。而在早產兒部份，一共收集到8位早產兒在輸血前後的樣本，其中輸血後的DEHP代謝物濃度高於輸血前，而紅血球血袋血液樣本之DEHP濃度高達0.072±0.034 mg/ml；早產兒暴露高量DEHP暴露前後細菌群落的組成和多樣性並未有明顯的變化，但是Lactobacillus reuteri在6成的個案中有下降的現象。結論：住院期間靜脈注射暴露DEHP會短暫的改變新生兒
腸道菌相，這結果顯示長期環境暴露DEHP有可能長期改變腸道菌相而改變嬰幼兒免疫反應。經輸血暴露高量DEHP之早產兒雖未有整體菌相改變，但可能降低食用益生菌的作用，因個案數不夠多，還值得做進一步探討。
