青春前期男性菁英籃球運動員不對稱指數測量方法之穩定性與一致性

中文摘要背景：人體存在肢段不對稱性(inter-limb asymmetry)，當慣用腳與非慣用腳的差距過大容易造成非接觸性前十字韌帶損傷，然而針對青春前期運動員做神經肌肉控制的研究較少。分析矢狀面之下肢生物力學的不對稱影響。目的：探討三種神經肌肉控制動作測驗方法的穩定性與一致性，分析青春前期菁英男性籃球運動員操作慣用腳及非慣用腳對矢狀面著地動作之運動學、動力學參數變化情形。方法：以新北市國小甲組男性籃球選手共8名(年齡12歲、身高157.28±10.2公分、體重48.53±15.64公斤)，且在6個月內無任何下肢運動傷害史及開刀經驗，以矢狀面單腳75%水平跳躍(75HOP)、單腳直膝垂直跳
(SLCMJ)、單腳高台著地垂直跳(SLDVJ)等神經肌肉控制動作測驗，分析下肢著地生物力學，計算下肢不對稱指數。以單因子相依本變異數分析，不同著地動作之生物力學參數與不對稱指數效果之影響，顯著水準為(α=.05)。結果：慣/非慣用腳於著地瞬間髖角度、膝關節活動度在SLDVJ達顯著差異；最大屈曲膝角度在75%HOP達顯著差異；負荷率在SLCMJ、SLDVJ達顯著差異；前脛骨剪力在75%HOP、SLDVJ達顯著差異，各項參數在SLDVJ中有較好的一致性(ICC=.43~.77)。不同著地動作的不對稱指數在最大屈曲膝角度、前脛骨剪力達顯著差異，SLDVJ比起其他動作較能誘發下肢不對稱性。結論：單腳
高台著地垂直跳在運動學與動力學的參數中有較佳的可靠性，且誘發不對稱性程度較高。故針對青春前期運動員建議使用SLDVJ誘發下肢不對稱性，量化運動生物力學參數做為預防下肢傷害的參考依據，而青少年運動員的訓練中可以加強髖膝關節著地策略的訓練以降低傷害的風險。
