韓國專業市調公司 Trend-Monitor 研究指出線上評論即為其中一項提供消費者購物參考的指標,尤其是女性在購物前將會閱讀評論,以便做出正確的決策。因此本研究想了解滿意度對於評論意圖的關係,以及進一步了解評論動機、從眾效應與購物價值對其關係的影響。本研究以便利抽樣的方式,針對在進行購物或體驗前會上網搜尋產品/服務資訊並使用社群媒體的人,以線上發放問卷的方式蒐集資料,共收回516份有效問卷,以信度分析及因素分析了解研究的整體信度及相關性,並透過GLM驗證其研究假說。根據研究結果發現評論動機、從眾效應與購物價值在滿意度與評論意圖之間皆具有顯著影響,此外,本研究發現從眾效應在滿意度與評論意圖之

間存在調節效果,最後依研究結果給予企業對線上評論經營的建議與未來相關議題的研究方向。
