摘要各大社群網站是目前求職的新興管道，對於現在的使用者來說是資訊集合的來源，在各產業討論板上也有許多人去發布對於產業的評論、求職的需求、就業的相關問題、討論各種最新消息。本研究目的是利用文字探勘與機器學習技術使用多元網站資料建構情緒分析的模型，探討使用不同非監督分群方式分析科技業求職社群評論，找出熱門主題、關鍵字以及字詞間的關係強度以及社群平台使用者的正負面觀點。資料來源為民眾常用之社群平台(包含批踢踢及Dcard等)，主要擷取科技業板之相關評論，資料擷取期間，共14個月。資料來源經萃取、清潔、整理後，共有9,027筆資料用於資料分析、評估模型結果。研究方法是用非結構化資料重新定義，成為結構
化資料，並進行資料預處理後，利用文字探勘方法，萃取資訊並建立字詞正負向之詞庫，作為資料分析之基礎。接著，運用機器學習技術，且透過字詞分群的方式分出主題，分析出社群平台使用者的正負面觀點。研究結果顯示科技業板上熱門討論的三大主題為職場、疫情、外商，使用者們對職場成正面態度，對疫情呈現負面態度，使用機器學習及文字探勘技術對求職評論有良好的結果。藉由本研究讓使用社群平台找尋求職相關議題或資訊的求職者、企業、人力資源管理者有所貢獻。
