單一感測器在產品測試上使用的量測技術因使用環境因素，常有較高誤判率，如棘輪扳手之類的手持工具。本研究之目的是以實驗方法探討利用電容麥克風收集手工具在應力測試當中發出之特定聲頻，以瞭解物體在測試過程中使用原有的感應器所無法呈現之細微變化。 實作上所設計的放大電路，將於內文作介紹；經軟體繪製的電容麥克風放大電路、電路板的實作、實驗，針對其方塊架構、電路架構等分析及利用聲頻分析進行資料擷取並使用快速傅立葉轉換成聲壓大小與頻率的關係。 由實驗可知，聲頻分析技術能偵測到損壞，輔助原有的感應器做出損壞判定，提高實驗結果的正確性，故聲頻分析技術輔助棘輪扳手測試判定應力損壞是可具發展性。
