在現代社會中，數位科技發展已愈來愈蓬勃，而近年來擴增實境是個時常被探討的議題，無論是在設計、醫療、展演活動或是遊戲上皆能看見其身影，而擴增實境於教育上的應用，也有許多之案例可供參考，但對於音樂學習與擴增實境之相關應用卻較為少見，因此本研究希望運用擴增實境技術設計國小四年級音樂欣賞活動之教材，並探討學生學習歷程。本研究之目的有三：1.設計與發展適用於國小四年級之擴增實境教材。2.探討擴增實境融入音樂欣賞活動，學生對於音樂欣賞的學習歷程。3. 探討教師於音樂欣賞活動中，使用本研究開發之擴增實境教材之應用回饋。本研究採設計本位研究法進行，透過分析、設計與發展、實施與評鑑之循環，進行教材開發及修正，

實驗共邀請9位國小四年級學童參與。透過兩個循環之實施後，本研究提出研究結論，在設計與發展音樂欣賞擴增實境教材時，應注意擴增實境的操作設計，避免學生因操作擴增實境，而無法專注於學習任務上，設計內容時應注意學生的學習經驗及教材中音樂與圖像的感受度。在學生在欣賞音樂時，會需要更多的輔助，幫助學生進行思考統整，學生有能力聯想音樂場景，但較難以跟音樂要素連結。而在設計擴增實境教材時，應盡量簡化操作設計，並明確操作指引，減少在實際教學中學生可能出現的操作困難，以及方便教師在準備及回收教具。

健全的陞遷制度可以吸引人才、激勵員工士氣、增進組織行政效能、強化整體工作績效，陞遷制度無論是就個人層面或是組織層次來看，皆具有無可取代的功能性。依警察人員陞遷辦法第5條第1項規定：「警察機關人員之陞遷，應依全國警察機關陞遷序列表逐級辦理陞遷。」全國警察機關陞遷序列表由高職序至低職務共可分為11級序列，其中對於多數警察人員之職涯發展而言，最具重要性意義者，乃第9序列職務之陞遷，第9序列巡官等同序列職務（含分隊長、區隊長、偵查員等職務）是成為基層警察幹部的基礎門檻，亦是傳統上區分所謂「警官」、「警員」的分水嶺，因此對於多數警察人員而言，第9序列職務之陞遷對其職涯發展別具重要性之意義。

司法院大法官於2018年1月26日作成釋字第760號解釋後，除17名聲請人外，影響層面更擴及2010年以前三等警察特考及格之未經中央警察大學、中央警官學校畢業或訓練合格之5000餘位警察人員之權益，該等人員於完訓後，使得具巡官職務任用資格者遽增。然而現有巡官職缺不足，僅可勉供年度公務人員特種考試警察人員三等考試錄取應依法任用，以及2018年以前依中央警察大學招生簡章入學明定應予分發之用，亦連帶影響中央警察大學各班期學生（員）之分發任用。自2019年起各班期招生簡章內容業已修改，各班期學生（員）於畢（結）業後，應分依其招生簡章及教育計畫規定，返回原服務機關候缺適時派補，導致渠等陞遷之路補遙遙

無期，更使得警察組織原本已為「避雷針型」之職務結構雪上加霜。 本文旨在以第9序列巡官等同序列職務之陞遷為主軸，因此研究上聚焦於中央警察學學士班二年制技術系、研究所碩士班警職組、警佐班第1至4類及三等特考班警職組，而在分類上屬初任警察官人員之班期（學士班四年制、研究所碩士班一般全時生、三等特考班一般組），因不屬於陞遷之範疇，本文著墨較少，並以警察人事制度之沿革、職務結構、公務人員陞遷法、警察人員人事條例、警察人員陞遷辦法、中央警察大學各班期之招生簡章、教育計畫、司法院釋字第760號解釋等為基礎，探討各班期之畢（結）業生陞遷第9序列職務人員之考選制度、教育訓練、分發任用等問題，並分析警察人員

陞遷第9序列職務之現況及其衍生的諸多問題，最後，提出本文對警察人員陞遷制度的改善建議。
