本研究利用陰極電弧沉積(Cathodic Arc Deposition,CAD)技術,探討氮化鉻(CrN)和無氫類鑽碳(ta-C)兩種薄膜結合性,以鎢鋼、不銹鋼作為基材合成CrN與CrN/ta-C雙層膜。在壓力相同、溫度固定、總製程時長相同下,且在改變C靶製程時間下各以10、20、30分鐘鍍上CrN/ta-C為上層薄膜,探討薄膜之機械性質與化學性質的影響。利用SEM、EDS、XRD、拉曼光譜儀等分析薄膜的結構與成分,使用洛氏硬度、維氏硬度、球磨測試、磨耗試驗、表面粗度儀等分析其機械性質,使用電化學腐蝕測量薄膜耐腐蝕性。 研究結果得知以陰極電弧蒸發石墨靶材和鉻金屬靶材沉積CrN 和CrN/t
