摘要  時代的變遷、AI/5G的興起,企業均逐漸導入數位化,客戶也從傳統要求產品品質及出貨快速外,更在意的是「售後服務」以增加客戶的忠誠度,傳統的ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)企業資源規劃管理系統已無法滿足企業想增加客戶黏著度的需求,故CRM(Customer Relationship Management)客戶關係管理系統,是現今企業預計轉型成長的最佳選擇,微軟的Dynamics365 CRM,是涵蓋從「行銷」、「銷售」到「售後服務」去實現「多元化的整合、流程再造及數位化」的一套企業戰略系統,目的是幫助企業達到顧客滿意與業績的提升。  本研究探討客戶選擇

微軟CRM系統的決策準則,透過相關的文獻搜集及專家訪談的資料匯整,初步分析客戶會選擇微軟CRM的痛點,再利用專家訪談過程中搜集客戶選擇的決策關鍵因素,進而設計專家問卷,將問卷發放至受訪之決策者,回收問卷後透過層級分析法整理出關鍵因素的權重差異,各群組對於權重分析的差異及各關鍵因素的權重高低與排序,藉此了解採購決策者於選擇微軟CRM系統平台的決策關鍵因素及差異。本研究挑選業界前三名(Microsoft Dynamics365、Salesforce、Oracle-NetSuite)的CRM系統平台,來探討客戶選擇微軟CRM的決策準則,透過相關的文獻蒐集與專家訪談的匯整,初步分析產業中較具潛力的應用
