「坐月子」在漢人的禮俗中已經流傳幾千年文化,早期農業社會坐月子食物常侷限特定食品,行為規範也有相當多的禁忌。而現代資訊發達食物取得種類相當多元,產婦藉由坐月子中的飲食調理、生活方式規範、充分安靜休養等,來改善產後虛弱的體質。現代家庭結構趨於小家庭化、少子化,產婦願意投資自己,造就月子中心設立以及產生母嬰照顧服務員新行業,取代婆婆媽媽幫忙照顧產婦的工作,期望在產後坐月子關鍵30天能受到完整照顧。本論文透過相關文獻蒐集和自身投入母嬰照顧服務員及培訓行列,提供產婦生產期間該注意之細節,搭配適合自己體質及生產季節進行坐月子的方式,並且對於選擇母嬰照顧服務員基本訣竅,也以自身經驗分享母嬰照顧服務員的工
作內容,讓一般大眾對於這個職業更深入了解。產婦透過飲食調理、正確的生活方式規範、安靜休養加上產後運動的操作,使迅速恢復氣血活力,安心、專心的照顧好新生兒-國家未來的主人翁。

摘 要 本研究目的在探究台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工飲食健康識能及食物選擇之狀況進行研究,研究中採用問卷調查法,並以「台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工飲食健康識能及其食物選擇量表」為研究之工具,對象為台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工。依據分層抽樣的方法進行資料蒐集,總發出 927 份問卷。回收總有效問卷有 721 份,之後運用 SPSS 24.0 為統計工具,進行描述性統計分析、平均數 t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關與事後比較進行分析資料處理,研究發現如下:一、台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工飲食健康識能呈現中高程度。二、台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工食物選擇呈現中高程度。三、 不同年齡、教育程度、自覺健康情
況與飲食習慣的臺南市長期照顧關懷據點志工,在飲食健康識能上有顯著差異四、不同自覺健康情況與飲食習慣的臺南市長期照顧關懷據點志工,在食物選擇上有顯著差異五、 台南市長期照顧關懷據點志工飲食健康識能及食物選擇呈現中度正相關 本研究根據以上結論,提出幾項建議提供給台南市政府社會局及衛生局、長期照顧服務單位與未來研究者作為參考。
