近年來科技進步，行動裝置逐漸普及化，其中智慧型手機更甚，在台灣智慧型手機的持有率已達88.4%，而隨著行動裝置的普及，跟著帶動了行動支付的發展。在台灣，近幾年政府也在推行行動支付，提倡無現金社會。本研究的主要的研究目的是探討台灣消費者的支付行為的轉換意圖，除此之外，根據結果也能給予行動支付之相關業者意見。本研究的架構結合了Delone and Mclean資訊系統成功模型及創新擴散理論，再加上轉換成本、慣性、感知安全、感知隱私以及信任變數，探討影響消費者支付行為轉換意圖之關鍵因素。本研究採網路問卷調查方式收集樣本，共308份樣本資料，以結構方程模式來驗證分析本研究模型內的因果關係。最後研究結

果顯示：系統品質和資訊品質對滿意度有正向的顯著影響，而滿意度對轉換意圖沒有顯著影響；相對優勢和臨界質量對轉換意圖有正向的顯著影響；感知安全及感知隱私對信任有正向顯著影響，而信任對轉換意圖並無顯著影響；最後慣性對轉換意圖有負向的顯著影響。
