本研究旨在對「臺北市國民小學推動智慧走察實施成效」進行評估,以了解臺北市國民小學推動智慧走察之現況與成效,並分析不同背景變項之臺北市國民小學教師對於推動智慧走察之知覺差異情形。為達上述研究目的,本研究以「臺北市國民小學智慧走察實施成效之調查問卷」為工具,研究對象為臺北市參與智慧走察計畫的10所國小的主任、組長、導師及科任教師等為對象,共發放210份問卷,回收181份,有效問卷為160份,回收率為86%。問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS 22.0 for Windows進行處理,使用描述統計、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議,作為教育行政機關、國民小學、教

育人員及未來研究之參考。茲將研究結論歸納如下:一、臺北市國小智慧走察的實施成效,獲大部分教育人員肯定。二、實施成效最高的層面為「回饋分享省思」、「紀錄蒐集資料」與「快速掌握教學」。三、「不同學校規模」與「有無擔任走察人員」之臺北市國民小學參與智慧走察的教育人員,對部分層面實施成效的看法有顯著差異。
