In September 2018, the Succession Ceremony for DDM’s sixth abbot president took place at the Dharma Drum Mountain complex. In 2006, late Master Sheng Yen handed the position of abbot president to Ven. Guo Dong. This year’s succession ceremony also held a significant meaning for the further development of Chinese Buddhism.
In carrying various Dharma affairs, including paying visits to victims of the big earthquake in Hualian and the Puyuma Express train disaster, holding international academic exchanges and Buddhist seminars, as well as organizing the Protecting the Spiritual Environment and Family Day event, DDM’s monastic and lay practitioners all continued the late Master Sheng Yen’s compassionate aspiration to build a pure land on earth. The year 2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the Master’s passing and DDM’s 30th anniversary, we expect ourselves to keep making good wishes and putting our wishes into action, for the benefit of the world.

背景：臺灣目前處於高齡社會，然而，有個特殊族群--眷村老人卻逐漸凋零，回顧有關眷村和老人生命故事的研究，議題多偏向眷村改建、土地再利用、文化保留，研究對象多偏向眷村榮民、老年女性、和機構老人，鮮少以探討眷村男性老人族群生命故事為研究主題，故引發筆者想探討眷村男性老人的生命故事，期望能分享以上的生命故事於相同背景的眷村長者，以達到生命共同體的存在感。目的：本研究以「敘說眷村男性老人的生命故事」為題，探討眷村長者生命歷程，為暸解老人人生縱向與橫向關鍵故事，進而分析其生命故事的主題與次主題，並融合為其人生脈絡。方法：本研究採生命回顧的敘事方式，立意取樣居住眷村的男性老人，研究通過醫院人體試驗委員會
審核（案號11003-L02），於2021年4至7月開始進行半結構訪談指引的資料收集，主題分析依據「整體-內容」和「類別-內容」模式。結果：研究對象年齡分別為72、88、93歲，已居住眷村72、48、50年。結果發現三個生命故事主題，包括文武雙全勤家訓、逆境苦難轉為安、和謹守己身傳家愛。此外，三個類別主軸，包括在軍旅生涯類別的苦難自保盼安穩和嘉言善行長本領兩個主題；在懷鄉尋根之旅類別的相隔江水思故人和尋根行客盼家圓兩個主題；在眷村生活與文化經驗類別的安身立命於眷村、眷村教育正反面、眷村文化包萬象、眷村拆留之困境四個主題。結論：從統整研究對象的人生縱向關鍵故事的主題和次主題，由戰爭、部隊、至安定
於眷村的遷移過程中，進而確認五個主要的生命脈絡：1.傳遞自己生命的理念與信仰、2.正面迎向自己苦難的能力、3.發現自己對生命裡的付出與榮耀、4. 勇氣與自己遺憾的和解、5.肯定自我人生的價值與貢獻。此外，本研究亦由統整研究對象橫向關鍵故事的主題和次主題中，看見多元化下眷村男性老人的生活、教育、文化、和變遷，交識融合於其生命脈絡中。臨床應用：在護理養成教育中，可透過老人生命回顧的相關課程，啟蒙護生對於高齡友善照護的學習，透過閱讀長輩的生命故事，護生能夠了解其生命意義的主體脈絡，於精神層面達到共在和互為主體，且日後護理職涯，或自己生命歷程中，都可成會滋養自己和他人不斷成長的養分。

社區適老化建設評估指標系統的建構與運用之研究

面對全球老齡化所帶來持續性養老壓力，各國政府都開展了行之有效的辦法來應對本國人口老齡化問題。隨著經濟的發展和房地產行業的興起，社區居家養老已經成為中國的主體養老模式，据數據統計，中國90%的老年人選擇社區居家養老。但不能否認的是，社區建設之初，較少考慮到老年人的養老需求，因此如何構建符合社區居家養老模式下社區適老化建設便成為政府、養老產業界和學術界共同關心的問題。基於此，本論文借鑒國內外相關建設和發展經驗，通過質性研究和量化分析相結合的研究方法，構建出社區居家養老模式下社區適老化建設評估指標體系，並選取中國珠三角地區4個典型社區進行實證運用，以期提出適合社區居家養老模式下社區適老化建設的對策
建議和改善策略。具體內容如下：首先，透過文獻資料調研、政策文本分析和老年扎根訪談的方式，運用質性研究方法，初步選取社區居家養老模式下社區適老化建設的51項評估指標；其次，將上述51項指標編制成模糊德爾菲法專家問卷，運用模糊德爾菲法，邀請官、產、學界專家對51項指標的重要值進行評量，根據專家共識值和門檻值的設定，最終篩選出48項社區適老化建設指標；再次，將上述48項指標的重要度和表現度，編制成問卷針對社區居家老年人及其相關群體進行廣泛調研，透過576份有效調研數據，運用因素分析法，構建出社區居家養老模式下社區適老化建設的4項準則、9項次準則和48項指標的評估指標系統；另外，將社區適老化建設評
估指標體系，編制成模糊層次專家問卷，邀請官、產、學界專家對各層級評估指標的相對重要值進行評量，運用模糊層次分析法，計算出社區適老化建設評估指標體系各層級指標的權重值；最後，透過本研究構建的社區適老化建設評估指標體系，選擇中國珠三角地區城市、城郊、城鎮、農村等4個典型社區進行實例驗證，客觀科學評估該社區適老化建設的狀況並根據評估數據提出改善策略。社區適老化建設評估指標的研究，是可以涵蓋多面向的研究，這不只是針對現有社區的適老化建設狀況進行評估，從其中辨識適老化建設的不足之處並提出改善建議，也可以於社區規劃建設前段作業時，協助相關部門有效的篩選建設指標並進行決策，以尋得符合社區居家養老產業需求之切
實適老化表現。本研究最期待的是藉由社區適老化建設評估指標，提升社區適老化建設成效和社區居家養老品質，進而提升老年人的生活品質和生活滿意度，幫助老年人成功老化。
