定目劇在國外為相當普遍的演出形式,如大家熟知的紐約百老匯,是為美國商業定目劇的代名詞,百老匯曾上演了許多經典膾炙人口的演出,如《歌劇魅影》、《獅子王》、《貓》等。此外還有在澳門的定目劇《水舞間》、韓國《JUMP》等,這些演出在國際上都佔了重要的一席,更為觀光收益帶來可觀的數目。 民國99年台北市政府舉辦的花卉博覽會推出了三部定目劇,分別為屏風表演班《百合戀》、舞鈴劇場《秘密花開了》、優表演藝術劇團《花蕊渡河》,當時博覽會大量的參觀人潮下,使演出每場都座無虛席。爾後在同年,臺灣文化建設委員會順勢推出《補助民間推動文化觀光定目劇要點》補助法案,民間團體也響應了政府的政策推出了定目劇的演出,

但獲得補助案的團隊只有一團在營運上無虧損,其餘皆因票房收入不佳而宣告失敗,此補助法案也因此在民國102年廢除。 本文研究聚焦於長銷及輪演式演出燈光設計為思考主軸,以長銷輪演式劇目的系列演出製作《致親愛的孤獨者》為研究案例,此系列演出包含了四齣戲《2923》、《你必須醒來》、《花兒》、《#越想越不對勁》。由於在同一場演出中會有不同的兩齣戲需要做翻台的技術執行,因應經費的多寡、每齣戲劇的複雜度和調性不一來調整設計的方向。希望藉由實際製作探討在單一劇場以此形式演出過程中遇到的問題,並提供最終選擇的解決方案。試圖建立燈光設計邏輯和燈光技術的運用,幫助設計者能突破設計障礙做為出發,並歸納長銷輪演式劇目

在設計上的脈絡和選擇。
