隨著數位科技應用的逐步成熟,將帶來更多的軟硬體系統交互疊加應用,繼之將引發更加複雜的系統整合規劃,因此買方將難以再像過去只是思考採購單一系統的功能符合度而已,取而代之的將是以企業長期經營策略為著眼的決策思維,來評估與制定企業數位優化與數位轉型之整體資訊優化解決方案。顧問式銷售模式是近來興起的銷售方式,強調以顧客為中心,透過訪談探詢顧客之需求,進而能來規劃全方位解決方案幫企業增潤的銷售法,過往的研究對於電腦系統整合服務業是否適合採行顧問式銷售,目前仍所知有限,因此本研究擬就此一課題加以探究。本研究以個案A資訊服務公司之兩組不同銷售方式的業務人員為問卷調查實證對象,共回收90份有效問卷,透過獨立
t檢定分析得知,在採行顧問式銷售後,在銷售差異、客戶關係、客戶滿意度三個構面上皆能取得相對於傳統式銷售法有更顯著的表現,顧問式銷售透過發展特定行業的解決方案及顧問式訪談提案方式,促進了與客戶中高階決策人員的結盟意願,也促成更顯著的滿意度與成交率。此外,在MANOVA交叉分析結果顯示,女性比男性在採行顧問式銷售上有更好的績效表現,顯示女性的特質更適合其採行顧問式銷售法。

近年來,台灣蘭花產業進行蘭花萃取物之研究,並應用在化妝品中的保養品開發上。 台灣消費者向來就非常重視保養品的產品成份,對於創新產品的知識度也均能接受。 然而,肌膚保養品市場的品牌競爭之多,本論文以蘭花萃取物保養品的產品發展策略進行調查研究,運用行銷組合理論(SAVE: Solutions, Access, Value, Education)找出解決方案、取得方式、價值與教育這四個構面。 應用決策實驗室分析法(DEMATEL:Decision Making and Trial Evaluation Laboratory),訂定主要決定因素。本研究更應用15個準則之間的相依與回饋性,以及相互連結
的因果關係,來計算評選準則的權重。 研究結果顯示:SAVE四項構面之權重排名分別是價值、解決方案、取得方式和教育。 在因果關係方面,最能影響其他構面的則是價值構面。 在15個準則中,權重最大的是社群平台。 本研究也利用距離的平均解評價分析法(EDAS:Evaluation Based on Distance from Average Solution),進行四項市場常見蘭花保養品產品之發展策略分析。 最後得出,發展高級護膚乳液和精華液這兩個項目作為主力產品,應是台灣業者從事蘭花保養品產業的最佳策略。
