研究背景：提高純母乳哺育是母嬰親善醫院致力推動的重要指標。母親透過學習照顧及哺育，可增進其育兒信心及提升親子依附關係。產婦在產後因疲累、傷口疼痛、或支持系統不完善等，很有可能因挫折而放棄母乳哺餵。因此發展一個符合母親需求的產後哺育護理指導方式，對母親是否能延續母乳哺餵至為重要。研究目的：本研究目的包括：一、實驗組與對照組哺乳母親產後出院時其母職角色及母育能力之差異。二、實驗組與對照組哺乳母親產後滿月時其母職角色及母育能力之差異。研究方法：研究設計將採用類實驗研究設計，收案地點為南部通過母嬰親善醫院評鑑之機構及產後護理之家，分為對照組及實驗組。先執行前驅研究後，再進行正式收案，擬正式收案數為實

驗組及對照組各70位哺乳母親。兩組母親產後3-5天於產後病房給予立即常規身體評估，常規產後衛教指導，實驗組入住產後護理之家再加以一對一個別指導，運用新生兒模型、衛教手冊、光碟播放做為衛教介入方案，接著完成對照組收案，研究工具包括三大量表︰人口屬性量表、母職角色量表、以及母育能力量表。之後將回收的有效問卷進行編碼、電腦處理建檔、並使用SPSS Statistics 24.0進行資料的整理與分析。研究結果:在此將只給予一般產後衛教指導的組別定義為對照組、而介入母乳哺育及育兒技巧教戰手冊衛教的組別定義為實驗組。產後出院母職角色對照組平均成績為2.15±0.71分；實驗組平均成績為2.20±0.78分

，檢定結果p=0.69。產後出院母育能力對照組平均成績為1.80±0.56分；實驗組平均成績為1.81±0.51分，檢定結果p=0.95。無論是母職角色或能力，在產後出院這個時間點兩組之間並無差異。衛教介入後，母職角色對照組產後出院滿月時前測與後測成績差異t值為-6.7，p
