低熔點聚酯材料衍生之非包埋型相變化聚酯纖維

本實驗想針對非包埋型相變化材料進行研究,運用其潛熱之特性,達到調節溫度的效果。透過縮合聚合將Adipic acid (AA)、Butanediol (BDO)、Hexanediol (HDO)和1,4-Cyclohexanedimethanol (1,4-CHDM)聚合成一系列不同比例之共聚酯,利用0.1wt%的交聯劑1,2,4,5-Benzenetetracarboxylic acid (1,2,4,5-BTCA),提升熔融強度以提升後續纖維紡絲。透過熱示差掃描分析(Differential Scanning Calorimeter, DSC)觀察到的共聚酯熔點在36.5~40℃之間,熱焓

值則在43.9~48.9J/g之間。經由熔融混煉的方式將Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT)與不同比例的共聚酯混合形成共混物。由熱重分析儀(Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer, TGA)發現,共混物之Td5%增加約30℃,材料的熱穩定性有所提升。透過熔融紡絲對共混物進行非包埋型纖維紡絲,在不同牽伸速率下進行抽絲。將未加工過的纖維經過50℃的熱延伸之後,可以發現纖維強度最高可以達到約2.35gf/d,伸度達到66.4%;利用高溫的環境去測試纖維對溫度的敏感性,並使用紅外線溫度感測儀進行材料的測試。

雲端智慧「長效電力庫」之研製

從80年代以後,煤、化石燃料發電一直是台灣的發電主力,它們會導致排放二氧化碳,並加速全球暖化和化石燃料資源的枯竭。因此政府開始大力推動再生能源及零碳排政策,並預定2025年太陽能發電目標要達20GW。但太陽能等再生能源發電具有間歇性,若將大量的再生能源發電直接併入電網,會對電網的穩定性有重大衝擊。因此,發展儲能「電力庫」是解決目前電力短缺,又要大力推動綠能發電的最佳解決方案。本文研製一套60kWH的雲端智慧長效電力庫的驗證雛型,系統整合了PCS、儲能電池組、雲端監控介面、綠能發電及負載等。儲能電池組採用長效型的鉛碳電池,其循環次數較傳統鉛酸電池高,壽命可達10年以上,成本也較鋰電池低,具有高

安全性及商業競爭力。當電網異常或故障時,系統會提供穩定電壓及頻率的三相交流電源,可大幅提升微電網系統的可靠度。當系統與電網併聯運轉模式時,具有削峰填谷、調節尖峰用電的作用,可達到減少碳排及節省電費的目的。
