Secret Shame: Overcoming Pain and Brokenness After an Abortion 和Sellner, Jadah的 She Builds: The Anti-Hustle Guide to Grow Your Business and Nourish Your Life都 可以從中找到所需的評價。

Secret Shame: Overcoming Pain and Brokenness After an Abortion

Many women suffer in silence following a hidden abortion--but they don’t have to do it alone. It is possible to heal from the burdens of shame, trauma, self-loathing and self-condemnation that appear after an abortion, but it’s not an easy process. According to Angel L. Murchison, this pain can only

be overcome by the grace of God. In Secret Shame, Angel shares her personal story of overcoming the pain of brokenness following an abortion. Secret Shame will bring anyone healing from the realities of abortion to the Healing Waters of Jesus Christ where they can find freedom from their past. The

reality of Angel’s story will strengthen anyone’s faith in God, as she shows the truth of His Word and His promises. Her experiences outline essential elements of grief recovery, while also celebrating the return of joy after the pain of trauma.

She Builds: The Anti-Hustle Guide to Grow Your Business and Nourish Your Life

Bestselling author and business coach Jadah Sellner creates a new entrepreneurial model for women, centered around sustainable leadership--a practical framework they can use to create a business on their own terms, prioritize their wellbeing, and break free from the toxic culture that leads to burno

ut and overwhelm. As an entrepreneur, Jadah Sellner knows what it’s like to be burned out, in debt, and just barely holding on to a new business. In the process of launching and building multiple companies, she realized today’s aggressive 24/7 hustle culture wasn’t working for her because of one simp

le reason: it was built by men for men.Women are spread too thin as they struggle to keep up with the demands of their lives. Determined to find a better way, Jadah created a new model that is not only more inclusive for women but healthier. To build businesses that last, she argues, we need to lead

with love in life and business, which starts with ourselves and moves outwards to our families, our teams, our communities, and the customers we serve with clarity and purpose. She Builds introduces her new framework, which rests on the four essential principles of L.O.V.E.: LEAD: Focus on your most

valuable asset: you. Take a pause, set a clear purpose, and surround yourself with the support you need. Own the many hats you wear so you can feel empowered as a leader and recommit to your dreams.OPTIMIZE: Double down on what’s working, and eliminate what isn’t. Assess your schedules, strategies,

and business plans, and adjust them where necessary so you can turn your dreams into reality without burning out.VISUALIZE: Make your plan visible--conceptualize a clear yet flexible roadmap to execute your vision in the next 12 months so your business can thrive--and celebrate your wins.EXPAND: Cr

eate growth and longevity without losing yourself. The key is to define success on your own terms: Trust yourself, trust the process, and trust your vision to develop in a way that works for you.Sellner reminds us that there’s a whole woman behind a business and we need to acknowledge, support, and

nourish all of her to form a truly solid foundation. Filled with inspiring personal stories, case studies, interactive exercises, and practical advice, She Builds will help women build their businesses in a way that works for them--with love.
