本研究主題重點是在探討專業音響設備行業在市場競爭趨勢下,如何創新本身企業的精準管理,如何達成企業的策略聯盟模式,讓企業能夠持續穩定成長。在市場趨勢中,無論是同行競爭、客戶需求、設備多元而精進狀態下,經營音響行業已經不只是局限於銷售音響設備器材了。為了客戶需求與完善的售後服務外;要讓自身企業更能精準的行銷經營與永續發展,就必須要跳脫出原來的經營框架。 在視聽音響工程中,包含了居家的聆聽空間、錄音室、演藝廳、會議廳以及室內多功能體育館、宴會廳等等場所,除了音響設備系統作完整性的規劃、設計外,室內空間聲學設計、木工裝潢與水電、空調系統對吸隔音的處理也是相當重要的環節。良好的聲學環境,對於音響設

備聲音品質上有絕對性正面加成。有鑑於此,本研究方案強調於策略聯盟模式,無論是同業聯盟或異業聯盟下,結盟中的各個企業因彼此各有優勢,在合作中共享利益,創造利潤最大化。本研究以三個不同的個案,來探討同業與異業策略聯盟模式,在工程案件中從規劃設計、報價、施工進行及至竣工後的驗收成果作分析。個案A:屬於246座席多功能的國際會議廳,是由木工裝修業者統包,結合水電、空調、弱電、視聽工程業者聯合完成。在工程進行中的缺失改善、協調等,在空間的吸隔音、殘響的裝修處理,經量測數據顯示與設備功能均符合於原規範要求,是聯盟合作的成功案例。個案B:具有一、二層850座席的禮堂裝修工程案,為演講、集會、藝文表演之多功能

展演廳。該案為建物整修工程的營造統包標案,配合設計師針對館內的視聽音響設計規劃設計,結合水電、空調、弱電、視聽工程業者聯合完成。在空間的吸隔音、殘響的裝修改善,經量測數據顯示與設備功能符合於原規範需求,為成功的聯盟合作案例。個案C:綜合健身運動中心個案研究分析,該案是由企業主直接對各廠商議價發包,確認報價後參與施工協調會議,依序進場施工。配合著網路弱電、水電、空調及木工裝修與運動器材設備廠商合作施工及至竣工驗收測試。合作廠商因具有多場的共同默契,無論是施工進度、缺失改善及驗收程序均能符合業主需求如期完成,也是成功的異業策略聯盟個案。

近年來,全球化效應下,文化發展的重要性越深植人心,於藝術、教育乃至於文化觀光等 各軟實力項目的經營,皆可見各國群體針對自身文化特色,提出與之相應的發展策略。於此概 念下,以博物館為核心的藝術建設,更成為了各國文化事業的重中之重;不論是已具成熟經驗 的歐美博物館群,抑或是甫獨立的非西方新興國家,博物館作為記錄歷史、保存人類文化產物、 最大化體現各群體特殊性,且能彰顯其擁有者之文化豐富與包容性的一公開場所,無不使博物 館機構於當前的全球化語境中,扮演了重要的文化角色。 另一方面,鑑於文化多樣性與後殖民主義意識的抬頭,長期以西方為首的博物館經營,如 羅浮宮、大英博物館與大都會美術館等,亦開始受
