在本篇論文中，我們成功地將具有螢光發色團之聚輪烷導入以羅丹名6G衍伸物為首的高分子聚氨酯彈性體系統中，並探討其本身機械性質的改變及配合拉伸倍率的螢光調控能力。首先，我們利用α-環糊精 (α-CD) 為主體、聚乙二醇 (PEG-10000) 為客體及萘二甲醯亞胺修飾分子 (Naph) 為阻擋分子合成出聚輪烷 (Poly-Rot)。並利用聚輪烷(Poly-Rot)、羅丹名衍伸物 (Rh-2OH)、四甘醇 (TEG)及六亞甲基二異氰酸酯 (HDI) 合成出高分子聚氨酯彈性體薄膜，其中由機械性質的探討發現聚輪烷的加入能使原先只有羅丹名衍伸物的高分子彈性體能具有絕佳的伸長量。其中，聚輪烷中的α-環糊精

及聚乙二醇為首所構成的滑輪結構更是能使高分子彈性體有絕佳伸長量的關鍵因素外，也能提供彈性體在拉伸時得到部分的應力釋放。此外，在高分子聚氨酯彈性體未拉伸的型態下可觀測到綠色螢光(503 nm)；然而，在高分子彈性體發生型態改變後，使得Rh-2OH結構變為開環結構進而放出紅橘色螢光(597 nm)，也由於拉伸使萘二甲醯亞胺π-π 堆積效應被破壞且薄膜厚度變薄從而導致綠色螢光濃度及強度逐漸下降。更令人興奮的是其優秀的形狀記憶能力為89.2 %，在薄膜拉伸過後隨即浸泡至60 C熱水，不僅能使已塑形的薄膜回復至先前的狀態也能讓經由拉伸而開環的羅丹名構形還原為閉環構形，使螢光能夠經由熱響應而有可逆性。根

據上述的結果，我們相信未來會有更多螢光聚氨酯彈性體的開發建立在主客型超分子系統的基礎之上。
