■材料 (2人分)
・合いびき肉 250g
・玉ねぎ 1/2個
・サラダ菜 適量
・サラダ油 大さじ1

☆チーズマッシュポテト
・北海道じゃがマッシュ プレーン 20g
・お湯 80cc
・塩 少々
・ピザ用チーズ 20g

★肉だね調味料
・パン粉 1/2カップ
・牛乳 大さじ4
・塩こしょう 少々
・ナツメグ 少々  

○照り焼きソース
・酒 大さじ1
・みりん 大さじ1
・砂糖 大さじ1/2  
・しょうゆ 大さじ1と1/2
・水 大さじ2
・片栗粉 小さじ1/2

■手順
1. 玉ねぎはみじん切りにする。耐熱容器に入れてふんわりとラップをし、600Wのレンジで1分加熱してしっかりと冷ます。
2. 別の耐熱容器にお湯を注ぎ、北海道じゃがマッシュ プレーン、塩を入れてしっかりと混ぜる。粗熱をとって2等分にし、ピザ用チーズを等分に包む(チーズマッシュポテト)。
3. ボウルにパン粉、牛乳を入れて湿らせ、合いびき肉、1の玉ねぎ、残りの★を入れて粘りが出るまでしっかりと練る。半量を手のひらに平たく広げ、チーズマッシュポテト半量を包み、空気を抜きながら成形する(肉だね)。
4. フライパンにサラダ油を入れて熱し、肉だねを入れて中火で焼く。焼き色がついたら裏返し、ふたをして火が通るまで7〜8分弱火で焼き、器に盛る(ハンバーグ)。
5. フライパンの汚れをふき取り、○を入れて混ぜ、中火で熱する。ふつふつとしてとろみがついたらハンバーグにかける。サラダ菜を添える。

寵物依附、情緒調節與生活品質之相關研究

本研究旨在探討寵物依附、情緒調節與生活品質之相關研究。研究對象為20歲至50歲成年人飼主,採用問卷調查法進行,共回收有效問卷390份,研究結果以SPSS Statistics 28統計套裝軟體進行分析,經由描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析與逐步多元迴歸進行統計分析。根據資料分析結果歸納如下:一、寵物依附:女性寵物依附程度顯著高於男性,31~40歲飼主對寵物依附程度高於41~50歲飼主,養狗者獲得心理慰藉和熟悉感高於養貓者,寵物數量3隻以上的飼主獲得的親密感大過於寵物數量1隻的飼主,單身/未婚飼主與寵物的親密程度高於已婚飼主。二、情緒調節:男性飼主運用壓抑

調節情緒顯著高於女性飼主,41~50歲飼主重新評估能力高於20~30歲飼主,飼養狗之飼主相較於飼養貓之飼主,更常使用壓抑策略調節情緒。三、生活品質:月收入達五萬以上之飼主,對環境範疇的滿度程度高於月收入10,001元~29,999元和月收入30,000元~49,999元之飼主,飼養經驗3~5年之飼主對於環境範疇的滿度程度高於飼養經驗1~3年之飼主。四、寵物依附、情緒調節與生活品質之關係:寵物依附與重新評估具有顯著相關,飼主對寵物依附程度越高,運用重新評估調節情緒能力越高;寵物依附與生活品質達低度正相關;重新評估與生活品質具有顯著相關,飼主運用重新評估調節情緒能力越高,對生活品質感受滿意度越佳。

五、寵物依附與情緒調節對生活品質有預測力,獲得部分支持,重新評估與親密對生活品質總分有正向的預測,壓抑對生活品質總分有負向的預測。根據以上結果,本研究提出相關建議,提供專業助人工作者以及未來研究者參考。

倉儲火警消防人員搶救及自身安全 之研究

火警救災是消防人員的天職,但是每次的火警救災出勤無非是消防人員的夢靨,怕的不是無日無夜的救災工作,而是出勤後有沒有辦法全身而退歸隊。尤其是倉儲火警狀況變化多端,不是單純的誤報而虛驚一場就是因為內部放滿各種原料、半成品或各種物品,導致消防人員到達時已經陷入火海,整棟建築岌岌可危。而消防人員要如何順利且安全搶救這場火警摻雜了很多因素,這些因素包含消防人員接獲派遣時人車出勤的數量、出勤車輛的種類、攜帶器材的數量...等。如果消防人員在救災時不幸發生意外,以至原本要救災、救人的消防人員反而自己變成須待救助的人,以致造成現場救災能量必大打折扣。所以要如何安全且有效的搶救火警實為消防人員須持續努力的一大

方向。本研究目的欲探討消防員對於倉儲火警的搶救與自身安全這兩方面要如何兼顧及兩者之間的關係為何。 本文採風險管理矩陣模式進行危害因子分析及危害程度結果之風險評估,建立火警搶救與自身安全的風險評估與控制,以探討風險控制策略與因應。 研究結果顯示,四則案例發生原因皆不同,案例一經風險估算後為必須審視(M6),案例二、三、四皆為無法接受必須立即改善(分別為H16、H12、H9)。上述案例經採取降低風險策略分析,案例一風險因子為大型機具的支援延遲,建議可以與業者簽訂契約。案例二風險因子為未了解廠區用途及各項圖說,建議廠方將各項資訊整理製表後置於消防人員易取得處供參。案例三及案例四風險因子為

廠內易燃物品眾多,可經現場指揮官判斷後採取適當搶救作為。爾後為了火場有更臻完善之搶救作為,可以提出更多案例供消防人員做歸納及討論。最後本研究結果期盼提供消防主管機關、民間企業及未來學術研究者之參考。
