本研究旨在探討F美式連鎖餐廳組織文化對員工創造力之激盪,研究目的係為:(一)瞭解F美式連鎖餐廳組織文化之現況;(二)探討F美式連鎖餐廳員工創造力之行為表現;以及(三)分析組織文化對員工創造力可能之激盪。本研究透過訪談法,採立意取樣方式,選取11位F美式連鎖餐廳的員工做為研究參與者,逐一進行資料蒐集,並經由資料歸納與分析,統整出以下之研究發現:(一)F美式連鎖餐廳組織文化之構成要素,係包括:1.溫暖與活力的環境氛圍;2.多元的領導風格與一致性的引領行為3.兼具創新與高凝聚力的員工管理;4.信任所帶來的組織凝聚力量;5.著重於組織創新和員工發展的經營策略;以及6.由豐富教材與多元教學所構成的訓練
