過往我們可以透過經驗歸納出一些事物的潛在規則,而在有了電腦的運算輔助後,我們更可以將資料當中潛藏的資訊挖掘出來加以利用,但也因為儲存技術飛速發展,過往自動和半自動的分析方式已經漸漸無法適用,巨量資料的隨處可見,讓過去的資料探勘方法迎來了一次考驗,所以為了突破這個瓶頸,巨型資料探勘的題目也更為被看重。在巨型資料探勘的研究當中,依照不同的方向可大略分為六種方式,在本研究中我們深度探討了過往的探勘關聯式規則與資料分類之方法,並且經過分析與研究後,最終提出可實際使用在對應場景的數個方法,並且以資料產生器和現實資料進行雙重測試,以此證明我們的方法可以有效的處理各種類型的資料,並且在速度上能夠比起過去方

法更有效率。首先,平行化的資料探勘已經成為一個重要的研究領域。為了提高效率,因此我們提出了一個基於FP-Growth的算法,這個算法能夠在平行化計算環境中提供快速和可擴展的FP演算,以及提供簡化的數據結構來存儲項目和計數,以此盡可能地減少網絡傳輸上的資料量。為了驗證我們方法的有效性和效率,因此我們使用了DistEclat和BigFIM進行實驗比較,從實驗中可證明,該方法在處理巨量資料時具有優越的高效能,並且在各種實驗條件中仍然擁有良好的效能。而在挖掘決策樹時,處理時間和I/O成本受到大量數據的影響,為了改善查找資料時的成本問題,本文提出在多個Client端之間分配數據,讓大量數據計算可以平均分

在射出成型過程中,產品容易受到「人、機、料、法、環」(人為、機台、原料、方法、環境)之影響,也就是機台設定射出參數維持不變,產品品質仍然有變異的現象。另一方面,為了產品能順利生產,卻使機台處於不必要的高負荷下運行,亦顯示射出參數調整的問題。加上近年來工業朝向產品生命週期縮短與個性化消費需求殷切以及量少樣多的生產模式發展,需要更快的試模讓產品快速上線穩定生產。因此,綜合以上資訊,智慧調控技術的發展,讓試模與生產更為順利與智慧化。同時也減少「人機料法環」影響,藉由智慧調控,達到使射出參數自適應與優化,避免機台不必要的負荷,提高機台健康度,讓產品品質更穩定,提高機台稼動率。本論文主要針對射出保壓切

換位置與鎖模力進行智慧調控進行研究,保壓切換位置與鎖模力是射出成型中至關重要的參數。在生產環境中當熔膠性質發生變異時,往往需要微調保壓切換位置讓產品成功成型,即使料量與成型壓力維持在穩定值區間。鎖模力則是業界經常為了節省試模時間往往以大於實際需求進行設定,但高負荷的長時間生產下,會減少關鍵零組件健康而發生哥林柱與機壁斷裂,反而需要花更多時間進行維修。在未來智慧生產的世代,這些都非常重要,機台參數與健康度皆會影響到機台稼動率與產品品質。本研究主要是透過機台內建螺桿位置之即時資訊進行保壓切位置與鎖模力智慧調控,透過此研究之智慧化技術建立與驗證,降低智能化射出機開發成本。因此,本研究藉由三種不同黏度

、不同射出速度與異質模具進行智慧調控情境驗證。同時也擷取射嘴壓力、模穴壓力與鎖模力來驗證只利用機台內建之感測器即可達到自適應控制。透過此研究結果顯示利用即時螺桿位置資訊可以成功達到保壓切換位置與鎖模力自適應控制。在三種不同黏度性質的塑膠原料中,皆可調控至最佳保壓切換位置與鎖模力。塑膠原料越黏,保壓切換位置越晚,產品重量越輕之趨勢。在射出速度變化與保壓切換位置自適應研究結果中,皆顯示隨著射出速度越快,保壓切換位置有越晚之趨勢。透過保壓切換位置自適應前後,模穴壓力均降低了8.4%到42%不等,平均27.2%。在異質模具的自適應實驗中,從原本直接進澆單模穴之產品模具,換成一模十二穴之針狀進澆產品模具

進行自適應調控的驗證。也成功顯示利用螺桿位置即可進行保壓切換位置與鎖模力的自適應調控。本研究成果如成功應用於產業,可大幅降低目前智能化射出機開發需大量裝設感測元件與高階的嵌入式系統之建置成本。同時,可讓生產業者以本研究之智慧化調控技術,提高機台稼動率與產品品質。
