非正交多重存取(NOMA)與多輸入多輸出(MIMO)系統的結合將是後5G通訊及其之後通訊系統的研究議題。我們將對下行鏈路的功率領域非正交多重存取(PD-NOMA)技術進行探討。由於在通信發射端獲取通道狀態訊息(channel state information)相當困難,因此通常採用開放迴路來進行通訊傳輸。但是如果具有用戶群集時,藉由常見的通道狀態訊息統計計算,達成應用閉鎖迴路方式來通訊操作,我們將探討比較此兩種操作模式。在聚集波束用戶中,利用連續干擾消除(SIC)技術在終端分離PD-NOMA信號,在預編碼的閉鎖迴路系統中,應用SVD、GMD通道分解法,並加入通道編碼比較其性能差異。

本論文提出一個有5標記前饋式等化器的80Gb/s的傳送機,驅動器使用的是電流模式的架構,粗調及微調的機制在精細度及輸出頻寬中達到平衡。80-Gb/s的2:1多工器利用四分之一速率時脈取樣在資料轉態點的方式來降低時脈所需的功率消耗,相位內插器包含在時脈路徑中,用於調整前一級多工器的轉態點位置,從而最大限度的減少80Gb/s輸出資料的週期性抖動。 傳送機皆採用40奈米製程做設計及製造,此傳送機達到80-Gb/s的速度,功率消耗為650mW於1V/1.2V電源電壓下測試,再經過5標記前饋式等化器的粗調細調補償後,此傳送機在80-Gb/s的速度輸出眼開為50mV。
