訊的數量隨著網際網路的普及而快速增長，讓人們進行決定時，會因為面臨到太多選擇而無法做出決斷，這時就需要推薦系統來協助人們進行抉擇。過去的研究大多都是在為個人進行推薦，忽略了團體的情況，在團體中每個人的興趣愛好都不同，進行團體活動時，要讓所有人都感到滿意是一件困難的事，故這時候就需要團體推薦系統來幫助團體進行決定。而用餐則是每個人每天都會做的事情，與同事、家人、朋友用餐更是一個促進感情交流的社交活動，然而這也同時伴隨著意見分歧的風險。故本研究將團體推薦系統應用於聚餐情境，提出一個推薦演算法：將餐廳網站的線上評論作為基礎，將計算使用者的偏好後再進行聚合並推薦。使消費者在聚餐時，可以快速得出推薦結

果，並且對結果感到滿意。實驗結果表明，在各種團體人數下，此推薦方法的聚合策略使用平均制時會有較好的公平性、而波達計數制會擁有較好標準化累積增益折扣。

網際網路已然成為現代人的生活重心的一部分，人們在做任何決定之前，往往需要一些意見來推自己一把，上網查詢了解相關知識已成為常態，這樣的狀況尤其常出現在消費購物前。如今網路上已存在不計其數的使用者評論，而其中並非每條評論都能表達純粹的正面或負面情緒。在大多數情況下，評論可能會報告客觀事實而不表達任何情緒，甚至有些評論可能會表達混合或相互衝突的情緒。這些不完全屬於正與負向的評論被稱為「中性評論」，而在過往的情緒分析研究中，中性評論常因其對產品的影響力並非直接關係而導致被忽略，這可能使得正與負向的評論影響不準確。過往的情緒分析多使用分類器模型，而投入分類器模型的前提是需先有人工一項一項給予類別標籤。

相比如此費力的方式，分群模型就較為方便地，只需單純投入機器學習模型中便可讓機器自主區分。因此，本研究將從全球最大的英文電影評論網站IMDb中，挑選綜合排名前200名的電影的電影評論做為研究對象，透過幾種分群的訓練模型對電影評論做辨識後能成功辨識中性評論的存在。再考慮到中性評論中可能混合了影響正向與負向評論的混合中性及中立中性評論，故本研究將對電影評論做兩階段的分群，而從實驗結果可以看出，以分群方式在客觀的情況下讓機器自行判斷結果，相較以分類的方式在主觀的情況下給定標籤的準確率較好，以及，將對會減弱情緒相關的中立中性評論排除後能提高準確度。
