婚紗文化是社會文化的一部分,而拍攝婚紗照是台灣婚禮文化裡最為代表性的商業活動,在這個消費額極高的市場,適婚的年齡層已從千禧世代逐漸轉換至Z世代,能夠洞悉其族群思考所重視的消費條件,是影響婚紗設計決策的重要的關鍵。近年來,台灣結婚率下降意味著Z世代消費者更加有意識的思考,是否需要選擇婚姻,並在婚禮消費中更投入個性化的婚禮、婚紗效果。因此本研究目的為探討Z世代女性在這種市場氛圍下可影響其決定的婚紗設計魅力因子為何,以及婚紗品牌將如何對應其消費市場概念性的設計方向以及策略。本研究以Z世代女性所重視的婚紗設計魅力因子為研究主題,方法分為二步驟,第一步驟以文獻探討設計出婚紗設計屬性重要度量表執行13位

業界專家訪談與問券調查,得出專家共同意見後,得出婚紗專家們所認定的婚紗魅力因子,第2步驟,將結果製成問券發放給予150名Z世代女性調查與分析數據結果,萃取出Z世代女性消費者所重視的婚紗設計魅力因子。透過問卷結果可得到業界專家意見所設計的因子問卷為25項,透過Z世代女性問卷分析可得到15項主要影響其消費的設計因子。由數據分析後,進而將結果歸納出婚紗產品設計魅力因子的重要度排序,以及婚紗業可對應的產品設計可優先改善順序的為何,以及了解有效影響Z世代女性設計方向,相信可以更為精確的幫助在世代變遷中,消費習慣改變所帶來對於傳統婚紗產業的衝擊。本研究結論整理出的各項數據,可運用於婚紗設計與採購流程上的改

女性經濟實力崛起,珠寶飾品具投資性質又可以穿戴的特性,讓女性愛不釋手,珠寶飾品貴為奢侈品中的一個分支,從社會學家的角度,女性購買奢侈品意味此族群的權力提升與財富分配的轉移,代表著女性解放與兩性富裕程度平等化,但這是否確切存在於女性購買或配戴珠寶飾品的實務觀點?而當時代變遷,女性從家庭轉而投入職場,所有經濟活動都與社會性有關,而社會性的認知發展,則是由眾多個人心智組成,因此本研究選擇研究消費者心理的ZMET訪談技術,去探究女性的心智地圖,研究女性消費者對飾品的心智模式。本研究得到女性消費者心理之結論:(1)女性消費者購買與自我心情有共鳴之風格珠寶飾品,打扮出自我風格,使自己轉換心情與紓解日常累

積的壓力,而設計風格方面,她們認為「簡單、線條、閃亮」之設計風格,可以使人心境上得到紓解與轉換,進而得到面對人群、展現自我的自信。(2)珠寶飾品屬於非語言的自我表達與社交話題,可滿足女性之社交需求,如:使自己在群眾中獨一無二、對場合的重視與尊重、合群,以及藉由品牌之設計得到他人肯定。(3)購買奢侈品會有立即性的滿足感與愉悅感。(4)消費者會給珠寶代表意涵,如代表重要的人事物、故事、歷史性,僅是戴上珠寶就能具有多種心靈意涵。
