精神個案長期照顧示範計畫之服務研究
為了解決is being中文 的問題，作者鍾震遠 這樣論述：
本文主要探討精神個案長期照顧示範計畫之服務研究，在執行會面臨到什麼樣的困境，其因應對策是如何，當個案邁入中老時期，隨年齡增長合併生理問題與身體失能，後續長期照顧需求更要多元化服務，因此，引發研究者想要探討長期照顧精神個案的議題。研究目的：（1）了解機構執行長期照顧精神個案的服務現況、（2） 探討長期照顧精神個案之挑戰、（3）提陳長期照顧精神個案服務模式的建議。研究者以質性訪談的研究方法，立意取樣訪談了六位在台灣地區精神長照中心主任、督導、個管師，面對執行長期照顧精神個案的服務現況、現在的挑戰及提出因應建議。研究結論為：（1）個案需要長照資源時，找資源連結給個案，亦可同理案家照顧者壓力負荷的感
受；在計畫執行前後服務內容沒有太大差異。個案在參與預防及延緩失能照護計畫後能力是有提升的。精神個案對交通接送的需求。（2）面對新冠肺炎疫情、政府單位間未協調，使得中心面臨收案困境。因應計畫是一年一聘，會造成財務管理有誤差、年度間銜接有空檔、個案適應困難，此外，業者會擔心個案後續安置問題。用實際的行動推廣去汙名化。（3）不宜區分精神個案和一般長照個案，期待政府給予相關支持與輔助，心理健康司與長照司要相互合作，精神個案應納入長照體系，期許有天精神長照可以融入一般長照。謹以此研究結論，提供精神長照單位及後續相關研究做為參考。
