本研究之主要目的在於了解桃園市國小教師網路使用行為現況與休閒效益之關係。本研究採問卷調查法蒐集研究資料，以109學年度桃園市國小教師為母群體，進行立意抽樣及滾雪球抽樣，共取得有效樣本394人，有效回收率100％。研究工具採用「桃園市國小教師網路使用行為與休閒效益之調查問卷」，並以t檢定和單因子變異數及Pearson積差相關分析等方法進行研究資料分析。其結果如下：一、平均使用網路的頻率以每週7天最高；平均每天使用網路的時間以2小時至3小時最多；使用網路時段以不固定時間最多；網路使用目的多為「即時通訊」、「搜尋引擎查尋資料」、「社群媒體」。二、桃園市國小教師使用網路頻率會因婚姻狀況的不同而有差異
