本研究以「組織構型理論」為研究概念框架,運用「開放式創新理論」、「設計競賽理論」、「參與式設計方法」與「新產品開發觀點」等學理基礎,採用兩階段研究方法以曜越創意設計競賽為個案作實證研究,探討企業應如何依據新產品開發策略舉辦設計競賽作為其外部創新資源應用平台。第一階段個案研究發現:1.設計競賽主題應以企業熟悉產品類別為主,並區分為「聚焦」與「廣義」兩種主題方向,主題性質不同將導出不同特性的新產品創意構想方向及行銷市場屬性;2.初審階段由內部專家擔任評審能提升競賽提案之量產可行性,決審委員可由外聘業界專家進行評選,審查過程與參賽者實施設計協作模式將提高設計教育的意義並幫助設計概念更完整且提高商品

本研究旨在探究總統教育獎獲獎者在面對逆境中的生涯發展經驗,包含在逆境當中的感受、想法與行動,以及在經歷逆境後所展現出的生涯韌力以及個人生長。研究者採用質性研究方法,邀請三位不同年度的總統教育獎獲獎者進行半結構式訪談,並將訪談結果依據:(一)總統教育獲獎者逆境中的生涯發展經驗(二)總統教育獲獎者的生涯韌力內涵,兩大研究主題進行分析與討論。研究結果發現,三位獲獎者在一路成長過程中皆面臨的逆境的考驗,而童年時期所經歷之逆境經驗主要是家庭突逢驟變陷入困境和罹患疾病導致肢體障礙,但他們勇於在逆境中求生存且即時掌握外在資源,對其未來的生涯發展產生重大影響。成年後亦曾面臨生涯困境,例如自身夢想破滅或社會環

境的限制,以致在朝向生涯目標邁進遭遇重大挫折,甚至產生負向認知與情緒,或短暫離開既定軌道,但這些面臨低潮與谷底的經歷,反而淬鍊出更大的生涯韌力。生涯韌力之內涵包括個人因素以及環境因素,在個人因素分為:1.強烈的內在需求、2.明確的生涯目標、3.重新承擔自我責任、4.認知上的因應:接受事實、調整看待挫折的意義、願景想像以及5.情緒上的因應。在環境上的因素則有:1.重要他人的支持與接納、2.他人的建議與引導以及3.偶發的機遇事件。而在個人因素與環境因素的互動過程中生涯韌力逐漸被發展,且在發展韌力的過程可分為四個階段—震驚期、混亂期、因應期和穩定期,並在經歷韌力發展的階段後伴隨著是個人的成長與改變。
