可愛產品為大眾所喜愛之物，經由可愛產品可讓使用者得到正向情感，對此，如何設計出具可愛感的產品，是設計師的重要課題。本研究的目的為探討可愛造形與感受之間的關係，當中可愛造形所涉及的因素包括：幾何與有機造形、比例及複雜度，感受方面為：可愛感、美感及愉悅感，透過研究以了解當中的相關性及影響力。本研究以問卷方式進行，以操縱造形特徵製作受測樣品，再結合不同感受的評估量表作為研究內容，本次研究共得到338份有效問卷進行分析，研究結果顯示可愛感、美感與愉悅感之間具有顯著的正向關係，幾何造形的部分，比例特徵對於可愛感、美感及愉悅感具有顯著的影響力，當中以1:1的比例關係最具上述三種感受，複雜度不具顯著的影響
力。有機造形的部分，比例與複雜度對於可愛感、美感及愉悅感具有顯著的交互作用，個別之間也具顯著影響，當中比例關係以原圖比例、複雜度以最複雜為最具上述三種感受。依據結果，設計師可利用特定比例與複雜度，而提高可愛感、美感與愉悅感，從而更進一步提升產品的情感價值。

神經回饋訓練結合認知行為治療對於注意力不足/過動症合併焦慮症兒童之個案研究

摘要研究背景與目的 注意力不足/過動症（Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD）共病焦慮症的兒童常同時深受注意力不足、衝動、過動和情緒困擾。目前，治療上常見首以藥物改善ADHD症狀；焦慮症狀嚴重者，則可能合併認知行為治療（Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, CBT）以改善情緒困擾。然而，藥物治療的副作用，可能會干擾日常生活、降低患者完成療程的意願。神經回饋（Neurofeedback, NF）是一種非藥物的治療選擇，可藉由訓練腦波來改善過動／衝動及不注意的症狀。本研究目的即為了解神經回饋訓練結合認知行為對於A
DHD共病焦慮症兒童之個案研究。研究方法 本研究以一名7歲11個月、就讀國小二年級、診斷為注意力不足/過動症合併分離焦慮症（Separation Anxiety Disorder, SAD）的男童為受試者，進行神經回饋訓練合併認知行為介入。每週施作兩次、每次一小時，總次數四十次。神經回饋之訓練目的為降低Cz位置Theta波、強化其Beta波，以改善ADHD症狀；認知行為介入則改善焦慮情緒。療效驗證上，採用電腦化持續性注意力測驗（Conners’ Continuous Performance Test II, CPT-II）、注意力缺陷過動症中文版（Swanson, Nolan, and
Pelham, Version IV, SNAP-IV）、阿肯巴克實證衡鑑系統（Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessment）以及簡式兒童情緒問卷等量化工具，評估個案在治療前、治療後及六個月追蹤之ADHD症狀與情緒改善程度。研究結果 個案接受完整介入後，ADHD跟焦慮症狀明顯改善，且療效持續六個月，整體情緒調節能力亦有所提升且成效持續六個月。結論與建議 在本研究中，神經回饋訓練結合認知行為治療顯著改善個案ADHD症狀與焦慮症狀，並持續提升整體情緒調節能力。此結果可供未來相關研究者及臨床工作者參考。關鍵字：注意力不足／過動症共病焦慮
