現今,許多新興國家不斷地崛起,各國持續地創新來提升競爭力,進而創造更高的經濟成長。目前世界上最有權威的創新評比指數為全球創新指數(Global Innovation Index,GII),由聯合國世界智慧財產權組織、美國康乃爾大學以及歐洲工商管理學院等教育機構及組織自2007年起制定的指數,提供全球執政者更好的創新政策。 本研究運用2016年至2019年的GII數據庫,並使用模糊質性比較分析法(fsQCA)分析OECD國家全球創新指數(GII)投入指標與經濟產出的因果條件組合,其中經濟產出分為GII產出指標和人均GDP進行探討,並以XY圖分析實證結果。結果表明,不論經濟產出為GI

I產出指標或是人均GDP,這四年的結果共有五種不同的條件組合,且支持本文的二個假設,多種的創新投入指標的組合會獲得更高的人均GDP(更高的GII產出指標);對於高人均GDP(高GII產出指標)與低人均GDP(低GII產出指標)的複雜因果前置條件,不存在對稱性。最後更進一步分析美國、愛爾蘭、盧森堡以及瑞士等九個國家在2016年至2019年間實施的政策,以說明各國為何能夠持續保持高人均GDP。

背景:由於臺灣文化保守,對老人性研究甚少,老人受到各種迷思及刻板印象影響,導致老人性需求被長期漠視,隨著人口老化,入住長期照護機構住民持續增加,機構常因老人性問題發生各種衝突,而照服員為機構內第一線人員,希望透過性教育工作坊的介入,提升其性知識與態度,進而改善住民性生活品質,促使長者擁有性福的晚年。目的:機構照服員參與性教育工作坊後,期望提升照服員對老人性知識與態度,進而改善住民之性生活品質。研究方法:採準實驗研究,以北市某大型公立安養護機構為研究場所,以立意取樣方式進行,將照服員依工作樓層分為實驗組與對照組(照服員為64位、住民為92位)。實驗組進行性教育工作坊,每週一次,每次2小時,共計

四次;對照組就如常工作,無其他介入措施。研究結果採取三次測量,包括:前測、後測及結束後四週測(後後測),主要研究結果(primary outcome)為照服員填寫「機構照顧服務員性知識與態度量表」,次要研究結果(secondary outcome)為機構住民填寫「機構住民性生活品質量表」。結果:機構照服員接受性教育工作坊後,其性知識與態度有顯著提升,機構住民性生活品質亦有明顯改善。結論:為期四週性教育工作坊介入有助於改善照服員性知識與態度和住民的性生活品質。未來可做為長照機構管理者在規劃老人性議題的在職教育示範,往後在照顧上發展個別的性照護方針。
