本研究旨在探討烹飪課程導入正向心理之執行成效及對學生主觀幸福感之影響,研究參與者為15位高職三年級觀光科學生,藉由八周的課程活動,每次課程時間100分鐘,透過行動研究法了解課程介入對主觀幸福感的影響與課程實施成效。研究過程中依據現場教學狀況、學生反應與回饋進行課程方案的調整,並以觀察員的紀錄以及研究者的手札、反思、學生的課堂分享、回饋單、半結構式訪談進行資料蒐集,針對所得資料進行分析,獲得研究結果為正向心理學融入烹飪課程之中對於學生正向情緒、正向關係發展與正向主觀經驗有良好效果,唯獨因為介入時間不足在提升生活滿意度效果較不明確,另外學生對於烹飪課程導入正向心理之課程活動有較高的參與感並能享受

課程活動。根據上述結果針對課程設計與教學實施規畫進一步提出建議,以供學校、教學現場教師及後續研究做為參考。

本研究主要目的在探討台北市3~6歲幼兒生活型態、健康體態與活動時間之研究。以台北市幼兒園3~6歲之幼兒共計1050人為本研究之對象。採用網路進行問卷資料彙整;其次,採用SPSS 22.0版電腦統計套裝軟體進行生活型態、健康體態與活動時間等要素間之相關性分析。所得的結論歸納如下:一、台北市3-6歲幼兒睡眠狀況,其睡眠時數平均為9時40分,睡覺時間則在21時47分,起床時間在7時26分。3歲幼兒起床及睡眠時間均比4、5、6歲幼兒較晚。睡覺時間平均接近晚上10點。早餐時間平均在8時03分飲食,晚餐時間則在18時27分。3歲幼兒早餐時間明顯比6歲較晚。有近78.83%的幼兒每天都有吃早餐的習

慣。排便時間平均在16時3分。二、幼兒的身體質量指數平均為15.59。有約8成的幼兒屬於正常或過輕體態,但仍有7.80%的幼兒有肥胖問題。疲勞狀況較少,有64.83% 的幼兒早上起床都表現得有精神且心情好,僅12.64% 有很想睡覺的樣子。三、幼兒遊戲時間平均為2小時58分鐘,戶外遊戲時間平均為58分鐘。3歲幼兒遊戲時間較多、戶外遊戲時間較少。7成以上的幼兒早餐前並不會進行身體活動。另外,幼兒有近5成有補習行為,而補習項目中 47.89% 的幼兒補習項目以靜態小肌肉為主,而 52.11% 則為動態大肌肉的身體活動。幼兒觀賞電視時間平均為1小時16分鐘。四、幼兒的睡覺時間與睡眠時間、起床時間與早
