在觀光領域中,真實性一直是個重要的研究議題,遊客喜歡造訪具有真實性的景點,因此個人對於文化資產地的真實性會影響對其價值評估。本研究欲整合認知真實性與後現代真實性,瞭解對文化資產地價值知覺之影響。本研究於2021年5月至6月透過現地問卷調查,以台北市的大稻埕為研究地點,請到訪者針對該文化地點之認知真實性與價值知覺進行評估。本研究結果顯示,認知真實性對實用及享樂性價值均產生顯著正向影響;後現代真實性對實用價值產生顯著負向影響,但對享樂價值產生顯著正向影響。研究結果建議旅遊管理者應瞭解環境使用者對環境感知到不同類型的真實性,以便能對文化資產地做出正確的文化保存決策及行銷策略。
